If you’re planning a stag or hen party in the New Forest, Insight Activities have the perfect location and activities to make it one to remember!

Popular with stag and hen parties, our Medieval Trio offers 2.5 hours of Archery, Crossbows, and Axe Throwing for a thoroughly fun and authentic woodland experience with something for everyone to enjoy. Or you can add on some Archery Battlefield if you fancy taking some shots at the main man or maiden!

If booking the Medieval Trio then our 3 shooting ranges, Archery, Crossbows and Axe Throwing are arranged in a semi-circle so you can always socially mingle, we do not split you up!

Our Bushcraft activities are also a brilliant choice if you wanted an engaging day reconnecting with your primitive selves!

We adopt a very relaxed but professional approach to our sessions and will tailor them to each group’s needs. No previous experience required or expected.

Went for an active hen weekend. Absolutely amazing instruction and coaching from Glen with personalised coaching for each of us. Also a mini lesson in Norweigan and lots of information about the history and technicality of what we were doing. Couldn't have asked for better instruction or help. Online booking is limited to 12 places but if you contact us to book in then there’s no maximum limitation on numbers.

A minimum group size of 12 is required if you want ‘exclusive use’ of the woodland. Activity combinations involving overnight camping or Archery Battlefield require a minimum booking value of 10 places. Your private session will give you ultimate freedom, allowing you to roam freely between activities, play games and enjoy fun challenges with plenty of banter!

We can also accommodate smaller stag and hen bookings but our online booking stays open so you may be part of a wider group, up to 12 in total.

Want to really stand out? We absolutely welcome fancy dress and there’s not much we haven’t seen!
